Senior FPGA Design Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior FPGA Design Engineer to join our silicon engineering team. You will design, implement, and verify FPGA-based prototyping platforms for next-generation RISC-V and ARM SoCs, working closely with ASIC and verification teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex digital logic in VHDL and Verilog for Xilinx Ultrascale+ and Intel Stratix FPGAs.
• Develop and maintain FPGA-based prototyping rigs for pre-silicon software bring-up.
• Collaborate with RISC-V core teams on ISA extension prototyping.
• Write and maintain testbenches in SystemVerilog / UVM.
• Own the full FPGA flow from synthesis (Vivado, Quartus) through timing closure.

Requirements

• 5+ years FPGA design experience with VHDL or Verilog.
• Proficiency with Xilinx Vivado and/or Intel Quartus toolchains.
• Experience with high-speed interfaces: PCIe, DDR4/5, Ethernet.
• Bonus: RISC-V ISA knowledge, HLS (Vivado HLS / Vitis HLS).
