About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join the
core engineering team at TechVision Inc. You will architect
and build highly scalable web applications used by millions of users worldwide,
working across the full stack — from React Server Components to PostgreSQL
query optimisation.
What You Will Do
- Lead end-to-end feature development across frontend (Next.js, React) and backend (Node.js, TypeScript)
- Design and optimise relational database schemas and RESTful / GraphQL API surfaces
- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior engineers
- Collaborate closely with product and design to translate requirements into high-quality, shippable features
- Champion engineering best practices: testing, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and security
- Contribute to our open-source developer tooling and internal component library
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience with a track record of shipping production software
- Deep expertise in TypeScript, React (including hooks and concurrent features), and Node.js
- Strong understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL) and ORM tooling (Prisma, Drizzle, or similar)
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs and / or GraphQL schemas
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerisation (Docker)
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Next.js App Router, React Server Components, and Server Actions
- Experience with Kubernetes or other orchestration platforms
- Open-source contributions (please share your GitHub profile)
- Knowledge of structured data / schema.org and technical SEO
